Graduate studies in Agricultural and Food Engineering of the University of Lleida began the academic year 2010/11, updating the studies of Agricultural Engineering that have been taught since 1972. Since its implementation, they have followed the recommendations derived from the European Higher Education Area (Bologna Plan).
With a clear practical orientation, this Degree offers students multidisciplinary training, with a close relationship with the local agricultural fabric.
Training is organized in the fields of soil science, botany and plant physiology, agricultural and livestock production, rural and environmental engineering, land management, agro-industry, green space engineering and landscaping, economics and agricultural policy, biotechnology, precision agriculture and livestock.
The Degree continues with the Master's in Agricultural Engineering, which qualifies for the professional attributions of the Agricultural Engineer.
